Moving from self-acceptance into self-compassion requires a shift from simply acknowledging and understanding your body to deeply nurturing, forgiving, and honoring it. During our second month together we will focus on gentle self-talk, emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and joyful nourishment.
Our final shift together will have you moving into self-love which will focus on deepening your relationship with yourself. This phase isn’t just about acceptance and compassion—it’s about celebration, confidence, and radical self-honoring in every area of life. It’s about shifting from simply treating your body with kindness to truly adoring, respecting, and feeling empowered by it.
