TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Becoming Her

 By completing your enrollment in Becoming Her, you agree to the following terms and energetic agreements:

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 Due to the live nature of this program and the immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 Please ensure you are truly ready to commit before enrolling. This container is sacred, and your full yes is required.

 

2. Payment Responsibility

 Whether you choose a paid-in-full or payment plan option, you agree to fulfill the financial commitment in full.

 Payment plans are not a “subscription” that can be canceled at any time — they are a financial agreement to pay the full amount over time. Failure to complete your payment plan may result in revoked access to program materials, calls, and community.

 

3. Community Conduct

 This space is rooted in love, sovereignty, and Christ frequency.

 Any behavior that is abusive, aggressive, disruptive, or out of integrity may result in removal from the group container. This includes Zoom calls, community chats, or email interactions. You will not be refunded in the event of removal due to breach of conduct. 

 

4. Confidentiality + Sacred Sharing

 Everything shared inside this program — on group calls, in Voxer, or inside the community — is to be held in deep confidentiality. You agree to protect the vulnerability and healing of every other woman in this space as sacred.

What’s said here stays here.

 

5. Use of Materials

 All materials, meditations, teachings, and recordings are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose them for commercial use without written permission from Jessie Cae.

 

 

6. Private Call Expiry

 All private 1:1 calls must be scheduled within the 12-month program window unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Calls do not roll over beyond the container.

 

7. Lifetime Call Access

Upon completing your full payment (in any format), you will receive lifetime access to the biweekly coaching calls that continue beyond your cohort. Jessie reserves the right to shift or reformat those calls in the future, but you will always be welcome to attend and be supported in the spiral.
